Thats what i have now in the axle and is a 29T and 14T in front. also is a 428 chain. I was thinking to get like a set of sprokets and a adapter to a 1" axle so i can try them out and change them.

This is an ex concession kart, with internal gear reduction and a wet clutch. You’ll have some work cut out for you setting this up with a #40 chain and new engine. The goal is to fit as much sprocket as possible in your space.
I want to make something very clear. 6:1 is not a magic ratio, it is perfect for large tires and off-road karts but with small tires, a higher gear ratio is needed. Playing with the speed calculator on the “all the way home page can get you somewhere but it’s not gonna tell you everything.

You want to go clutch or CVT? What’s your driving surface?

But the thing is that i was trying to find all the components to upgrade it at least 12T clutch front and 40T back. i think that you know a lot more than me so what do you think?

Get more pics of the engine, drive side, gear box, jackshaft, what ever is there.

We can't tell what you will need with jus a pic of the axel sprocket.

The reduction box should be able to bolt to the ghost. Can you take the case apart on that box and get us some pictures?

Its gonna take a lot work and money to get what you want. That kart will never be the same after you set it up for a centrifugal clutch.
I wouldn't take the gear reduction apart.

I sure wouldn't trade a honda gx200 for a ghost 212.

The gear reduction is on there because the kart is so heavy.

Is there something wrong with the honda????

Do you have a tachometer???

The gx200 peaks hp at 4800 rpm, it's probably only turning 3200-3600 now.
It's very easy to tune and make power with a lil tweakin and small adjustments.

the max velocity that it reaches is about 25mph. i bought the predator because is a race motor and i think that it will have a better response when i accelerates and at high end speed

Mnts of the farthest NE TN you can go
Like was said it is a concession kart HEAVY, made to run at say 25mph all day long with 100-250 pound people, the heavier the kart the slower the acceleration. It was built to be abused, by paying folks having fun.

I would pull the stock engine and see what size shaft it uses and try to use the gearbox with the ghost. you can possible put a larger rear sprocket on it for faster acceleration, and with the added torque and HP along with increased rpm's the factory gearing may be fine.

I would personally start stock drivetrain and try to bolt up the ghost, if it fits try it and go from there, that will be alot of work to change out the driveline.

Do you have a welder and grinders etc?

Will this a yard Kart or asphalt kart?
