Okay, so the black residue on the driver is from the belt, I need to shim the driven out about 1/8 inch easy fix, I did hers first and then I had a length number in my head....and used it on mine w/o thinking.

I road her again, love the throttle still need some tweaking, After next ride I will see how it goes, then adjust spring and position on the driven to see how it feels

Got jets on order, out for delivery today. She is alot leaner up top now.
Quick run to check plug.

Now that I am running float bowl dry...

Mostly due to the gravity feed. Which I don't have....due to stock tank ht.

I will change main jet (if they fit) and we plan to ride and make trails on Sunday

I was going to look at mine and compare to what I have and pick the jet 3/4 of the numbers, and see what happens, then divide in half, rinse and repeat...

okay, I swapped out main jet to a #125

Stock main hole was ø.036

I didn't have gage pins smaller than .060 at home so I brought them to work.

So:
Stock ø.036
#120 ø.047
#130 ø.051

So I am guessing a #125 is ø.049

I need to replace the aftermarket fuel hose which is only 3 weeks old (cheap chinese crap off Amazon)...I will order hose today at autoparts store

Quick ride around yard, feels better and not too rich by smell, will have to wait until the weekend probably to check plug


But, I am about where I wanted to be with this bike, I can putt around w/o loading it up and got plenty of power up high

I will do a video this weekend hopefully showing how the throttle and T/C work together.

So , stopped at vatoZone and local bike shop....no fuel hose, Guy at Caps said try .';i9gjmofd; behind the Mad Greek restaurant, okay...cool guy does lawn equipment as business. When he asked what I needed and told him what I did to the bike (no Goat shed secrets were compromised)
he then said, they dabble in gokarts and minibikes some...so we went up to a shelf with the basic 12x12x2 (guessing) hose boxes, he starts looking in them, I'm looking at barcodes/part numbers and sizes.

He looks at me and says "You going to help?" I grabbed a box and started checking...nothing in the boxes.

He turned, and knocked the boxes he went thru off....and there was a small roll of clear fuel tubing...."Yamaha or another Japanese 2 stroke" he said maybe

I said I need to get "about 2 ft"

He stretched out his arms and says "Thats about 2 ft"

I was like "thank you"

I pulled out my money clip and am like how much?

He said "Nothing, take it you'll be back and we can deal later"

Get home and decide to work on pressure washer....had to move bike...to get to it.... Crap...so I actually tried out the combo tonight. I have been working on it, a bit...I will say right now? I love it
