I have a Baja warrior mini bike that about a year ago I swapped the old engine out for a predator 212 and everything went fine a few months ago I took the coils out of the old engine to run the headlight off the predator when doing this I had to use the old engines fly wheel and magnetos and this went fine the predator has had the governor bypassed since it has been installed and recently I installed a stage one kit to it after about two rides it stalled out on my and now I can’t turn the fly wheel more than two turns does anyone know what could be wrong

I have checked and it is not hydro locked the push rods are in there seats and nothing is blocking the flywheel from turning

I'd pull off the side cover and look at the cam gears and other moving parts internally !

Da redflash
After pulling the side cover the only thing I can tell is that the piston stops at the top when it gets stuck but everything else looks fine

Those bikes are sweet. I have a Massimo Carbon 6.5 with a 212 hemi and stage 1. It hauls. Here is a pick from when I went camping this weekend.

I like the hemi better personally. It is supposed to make more performance and I can tell you it sounds better with a header than the regular.

Hemi vs. Non-hemi???
It's your preference.

I see more destroyed hemi's. People don't pay attention to the piston to valve clearance, then add +.020" longer rod, .009" thick head gasket, a cam with more duration and lift. It only takes 1 time for that piston to touch a valve and it's done
