No use, the picture shows quite clearly that it cannot bolt onto a hemi head.

The hemi head's rockers do not bolt in, the tabs are cast into the head.

That is why they themselves specify champion rockers do not fit hemi heads, and every other company that sells them.

Note- I own and installed champion rockers in non-hemi heads, and have hemi heads on the shelf.
Once you have the parts in your hand it will make sense.

-edit, to prove without any doubt, here is a picture, I hope this makes sense to ya flash

Ok Fellas. Me and my boy picked up a new engine for him to ride around and terrorize the neighbors.
So since I had the old engine of the bike and time to tinker around. I took the valve cover of and soaked everything in cleaner. Valves rockers springs etc etc.
Put her back together today and BAMMMMMM. She is running like a champ revved it a few times and no issues like before.

However I did notice a knick on top of the piston head. But I didn’t see anything that could have caused that was lose. So that could have been my culprit I guess. 7A276269-258A-4B55-952D-1B3163D9184D.jpeg

That ain't just a nick, looks like a 1/4 inch nut has been bouncing around for quite some time in that hole to scar up the piston that much, wow !

Looks like something was bouncing around in the cylinder. But that could keep a valve open and allow a pushrod to squirt out!

Found what it was. Exhaust pipe muffler rivet. That was drilled out and a piece of it must have made its way to the piston housing. She is running now for how long it will be I don’t know.

You should polish down some the head of the piston. Just to keep hot spots at bay.
Most definitely will have to do that. This is going to be a “learning” engine for my son. He has taken a few apart in school shop class. Almost thinking about just buying a new head for it. What do you guys think??

I would buy a piston and rings and replace those. On the head I would knock down any high spots and blend them in.
Looked into a new piston and ring. The head doesn’t have to many blemishes. What’s the best way to get those done. Dremel?
