Was coming back home and saw this gem sitting by the road freebie. I have been needing to grab one and figure since it had compression shouldn't be too hard to get going and get some more life out of it. All else fails I'll throw a predator on it.

yep 4 in one blower shredder vacuum chipper. My thoughts exactly.

And it runs. Needs carb cleaned buy stayed running on start fluid. Probably just going to buy a new carb offline instead of cleaning this one. It was left out in rain and when I dropped bowl it was full of junk. About a table spoons worth.

Yes thats a hisun 196 coil on a fleathead. The oringinal briggs was shot. This one bolted right on and works great.

Well finally got a bag and chute for it troy bilt brand craftsman was outrageous but theyre the same. Little pricey at 200$ but it has alot of life left in it. Beats the 800$ new price. Gonna vacuum my yard on Saturday maybe wife will be proud. Hah

Now to find some replacement hose that isn't 120 bucks. I do believe I remember seeing some at harbor freight but haven't touched to see how flexible it is.

Ha. I bought an old funpower briggs on the whim today for the tank. 10 bucks as is. Looked a little dirty thought it'll clean up nicely. That's a big nope. The carb isn't terrible but the tank once i pulled the carb off. the bowl..... .... well see for yourself. now thats luck. got some decent parts. So my search still continues I NEED A TANK FML.

yes I broke a bolt. had to be one.

At least it broke above the deck and you can weld a nut on it. Kind of like a toothless hooker, looks good from 50 feet away but once you get up close. Ewww!

I finally got the rusted clutch off today. I completely disassembled it and was stuck with sleeve. I had no torch so I though and came up with this hack. Used 2 boxes of sparklers each tied up. lit and held to crank. slid right off. lmao.
Insides are near perfect.

I also just purchased a new block. 133432 bearing and cast sleeve. figured 60 wasn't too bad.

Great hack! The magnesium burns very hot. Great idea!
