Really unusual stuff

These are some photos of the stator. There are some marks on it T and F. Do they have a meaning?

Heck it might not even have a pinched wire.. a scratch on the insulation would do that...

I remember one job came in the shop on day( when I used to repair electric motors)... we had this stator like that above, buddy wanted to get a quote on for rewireing.. After tests, we find a tiny scratch on one coil. enough to cause a problem and burn out....

Pull the magnet rotor off and the coil... take a good clean up and look to see for any damage at all...

T and F are the timing marks. T is TDC and F is for checking the spark timing. I wouldn't worry much about those atm. Do you have a multimeter and know how to test for continuity and resistance? That's the next step. I'm sure you'll find a good guide online or testing it.

I do have all of the above. But should i worry about the timing marks when i mount the stator back on?

!!!BROKEN MULTIMETER. SO ignore the first two videos but check the third. I get a spark. Is it maybe still worth to check the stator?

Sure it is if you want to find out what's shocking you! Lol. Process of elimination my man, take it one step at a time and you'll figure it out eventually. That looks like good solid spark btw.

well. good news but also bad news for me. I followed this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f8MmrXsEpjQ and looks like everything is just fine. so i don't know what else might be the problem

You've got something reversed making the ground hot. The wire colors can be confusing too. Some Chinese wiring has yellow as the hot, some red, some black. Pick up a 12 volt test light and start poking around. Don't go by color, go by continuity. Even some greens are grounds. Any chance you could pick up a new generic harness somewhere? Brianator mentioned kill or stop switches, are they connected or the wiring to them rubbed through somewhere?

You said you wired it according to the picture. Where did you get the picture? What are you looking at?

Nothing else than the cdi and coil is connected to the circuit.

Your problem is somewhere in the harness before those connections. Shorted wires under the insulation, corroded or burned connectors, wire pinched somewhere. All you can do is keep digging or install a complete new harness if you can match it up fairly closely.
