Meh, they are pieces either way. The turbo-charged from factory is the SRT4. Which I don't know why you'd want a turbocharged car that looks like a neon. Drop a diesel in it, then I'll give it a second look.

the SRT4 is ok but yea neons do look like a POS and fwd is kinda a downgrade from what i had but **** it i'll entertain the rwd in me with go karts for a while..

BTW what do you guys think of the Aw11 mr2?

BUT!!!!!!!!!

i have a question for you guys and need an honest opinions.

Alright so i was at the auto salvage yard with my sister and in-law looking for a ecm for a jeep so watever as they go look for it i start walking around and see some audi quattro with a cracked head for $1200 so natrally i was like oh ****!!! Steal! so i keep looking around they were very organized BTW. But then i find a 4 old supra's but only one had the engine and trany 7m i think i was like awsome the people want 600 for it. then i find 3 first gen mr2's and a 2nd gen with the engine in tacked and agian another steal one of them even cranked over just needs new hub and body work.

but finally i stumble upon a row of 5 second gen rx7's 3 didnt have engine or tranny he wanted 400 for the chassis one had the tranny and wanted 600 and then one with a 5 speed and N/a 13b with need of minor bodywork, needs suspension and brakes but the motor needs a rebuild he wanted 800 so i instantly fell in love with the car since im a rotary person.

i was gonna ask instead of the del sol would it be worth it to take the supra or rx7 in as a project car?

No, go find a diesel truck, you will be much happier when you are running pedestrians over and sooting out bicyclers. Plus they make a deep manly sound.

why does everyone want me to get a truck? i like small imports that can be built fast and 7m has a deeply sound and i love the sound of a rotary hitting 9500rpm.

Lol you like small imports that get smushed in a crash and beaten by a Diesel with just a boost controller. Just kidding, Everyone has a different taste.

Go with the rx-7. That price is a steal, and rotaries are ****ing awesome. While the engine is out of the car do a street port, upgrade the exhaust and intake and you should be good for 200 rear whp. Plus it would sound better than anything else out there, except a 20b of course
