13x5x6 tires suggestions?

Blew a Kenda 13x5x6 on the front right and need replacement ideas because I need a more all-around tire. I originally was just using it on turf, but now that I have speed, I've been using it on asphalt. I've seen a lot of turf slicks but I think those wouldn't work well on asphalt if they don't have the ply.

Also wondering if I should change out the wheels on the front end also, the axle is only 1/2" it seems (for all I know, that could be standard)

Any suggestions as to what I need for a good all around tire would be helpful. I've included pics of my setup with measurements.

turf savers are good all around, you can get teh 13.5 " tires or 15x6-6 tires. Gopowersports sells "long lasting" tires as they call them, might want to check them out and search "long lasting" tires in their search box.

Cool. I got some turf savers with less tread than the Kendra’s but I’ll probably go for those slicks too. Like I said, asphalt has been popular with my kart but I still like to do some non muddy trails so I bet those would be sick slicks.
