So I have a 30 Series Torque Converter from OMB. The problem is that the torque converter is not reaching its final gear ration. It gets about 1/4 their then stops. I don’t know how I can adjust this. Please help me out. I want to go faster.

Ok, that seems fine, maybe could go a tad higher, but seems reasonable for a TAV.

Make sure the TAV is clean inside and lubricated properly. Check to make sure the back pulley is can move in and out. Also, are you using the correct belt?

Yeah, I’m using the belt that came with the torque converter. Also governor has not been removed.

I disagree!

For all I know we talk a small (as in gx140)engine here and a above average weight kart.

So no.. its "FAR OFF".. a 72T axle sprocket is more like what propain needs.
(at best [guts best] he could get waway with 65'ish teeth...)
but in order to know we need total weight (kart with all passengers seated)
and exact engine power (max torque if known)
