Hi all,

I bought a new Mini XRS http://www.gopowersports.com/mini-xrs/ a couple of months ago and wanted to join this forum an introduce my self earlier but I didn't get the time...

NOW I NEED YOUR ADVICE... my XRS is being targeted by a bunch of guys who keep trying to steal it an I don't know what to do...

I caught some guys on cctv outside my house a couple of weeks ago they smashed the front drivers headlight and looked like they were spooked by something so drove away quite quickly, i thought it was a one off, I WAS WRONG....

They came back on Tuesday and did it again, this time I heard them and shouted at them and they drove off...

Now I don't know what to do is there any way I can deter them from doing this? I know they are after the MINI XRS because after they smash the Headlight they reach down below the steering for some reason.

I've called the police so many times and they haven't even done anything not even come to look at the cctv

Just feeling really sad and upset and contemplating selling the Mini XRS off now, has anyone got any advice?

I'm guessing this is a troll post

If not, then I think you need to go by the police station and talk to them in person

OR

Just get a gun and fire a blank when you see them. Should scare them off

well if they are on your property at night you can shoot them. But thats in texas haha. In chicago you would need to politely hand them they keys, and show them how to use it and let them drive away with it, or else they could sue you for traumatizing them and scaring them while they were trying to appropriate your goods, you privileged wealthy person.

I've read that. You can use deadly force to protect your property, sort of an extended Castle Doctrine. Makes a lot of sense, since back in the 19th century you could kill a thug for horse thieving.

Horses and any other means of your livelihood were your key to survival.

I'd let Russian schoolgirl Svetlana handle all my trespassing woes, though.
