Time for some lights

What voltage does each light/fixture require? What's the voltage of your battery?

The lights say they go from 10-85v

The battery will be a 12v sealed lead acid battery (SLA)

I think they are supposed to be delivered Friday

Sounds like you should wire them in parallel. Home runs from each light back to a switch and a fuse. Add up the current draw in amps ( milliamps) for the whole package and fuse it a bit higher.

I love pvc device boxes and strain relief kits. Gives you a nice neat waterproof connection

Thanks for the info Export. I'm still trying to decide the best route to take.

The lights came in today (the ones from Banggood) and I am impressed. I used a 4s lipo for a test to see how bright they were...accidentally had them aimed at my face. WOW they are bright! When I have 4 I will light up the whole road

So I need fuse? I was thinking I could just use some sort of switch to turn them on and off.

Got all my lights in the mail, got them attached to the go cart, looks like they will work really well! Going to order a battery now, a 12v SLA. Should be plenty of juice to last several rides.

Well after all the build up it won't be that impressive lol. But here they are! I'll get pics of the way the battery is hooked up when I take it for a ride in the dark soon, as well as a pic of hopefully how lights everything up
