My fuel shut off is in a different location. Didn't want to spend money to be redundant. I'm great at being redunandant for free.

The 4th pic isn't the same seat. Hmmmm???? Why even add the false picture?
The first seat I saw was 14" and $35, Then it was $55. He told me same price for the one 18" X 7" and extra $20 for 18"X8" because his foam was only 7" wide. Made my seat 18" X 7" for $75 and the one I originally saw for $35 is now $65. All had additional $12 SHIPPING.

I guess a bit of GAB has gone to his head and now his prices are inflating.

I was unaware that I couldn't use White Teflon tape for fuel fittings. Apparently it is illegal in the state of Washington.

https://www.oreillyauto.com/detail/...high-temperature-thread-sealant/59214/4610193
Permatex high-temperature thread sealant is an OEM-specified product designed to lock and seal threaded fittings on a range of applications. It prevents leakage from vibration, temperature cycling, and extreme pressures—and it won't shred or tear like Teflon® tape. This high-temperature thread sealant is exclusively formulated to withstand up to 10,000 psi for fast, responsive curing on metal, tapered pipe thread fittings. It contains PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene, also known as Teflon®), a material with good antifriction properties and high resistance to chemicals and harsh environments. The sealant is not intended for use on plastic piping.

I test fit the 7" Driven Pulley with the Comet 203591 belt.

I measured my shafts to be 6-11/16" apart. That belt is for 6-13/16" to 6-7/8" pulley spacing. I expected the belt to be long. Proper length should give 1/8" to 3/16" pinch and pull clearance. My pulleys are 1/8" to 3/16" too close for the belt. So I expected 0.250" to 0.375" pinch and pull clearance. It measured ~0.3125".

Might try to Slot the mounting holes to take up 1/8" to 3/16" of the extra slack. Or maybe put the stock springs/weights in the driver? Belt slack = higher RPM engagement?
