After removing all the bolts and screws on this yerf dog, the axle still won't budge. How do i drop the axle out? Do the bearings need to be moved?

You've got a rusty bearing, take torch or something with a blue flame and heat the bearings up (not the axle), then hit the bearing with a hammer. That should break the rust, it should move then...

There's no slot in the bottom to drop the axle.

I can see the pitting is bad on the axle. Major rust issues.
Your gonna have beat it apart. Acetylene torches for heat. Propane or MAPP isn't gonna get hot enough. And a BFH.

You'll be surprised how much polishing the shaft up can do for bearing removal.

+1 on the acetylene torch..
Defiantly a must.

Yea i tried using a propane torch, didn't work. I dont have an acetylene torch, maybe a chisel would work? Its how we got the bearings out of my friend's yerf dog.

I would run it on blocks and get the sandpaper out. Do not wear gloves! I also wouldnt advise this, least without help. Next up would be the metabo 6inch cut off disc and a new axle.

if you don't mind getting a new axle. which looks like you will need anyways. cut it up pound it out. Looks like heat, sledge.

Maybe start with some PB blaster for a day first? let it soak in there and free up the rust.

Good luck!

Yeah I just cut one off. It was super rust. It had slots. Sad thing is the slots were welded upside down. Wow! I was so disgusted with the rear end of the kart I cut the frame off behind the seat and threw it away. Granted it was cheap but the guy I got it from claimed hes been building karts all his life. I was thinking to myself please stop!
