Fabricobbling a kart

I managed to crank this thing out so enjoy. Zero plans and lots of eyeballing. 1in thickwall tubing for the frame.

This thing shall be one of my first vehicles with brakes, The drum and petal are mounted I need to make the cable happen.

Stickers make my kart go faster.

Anyway some might know the motor but anyway it has,
ARC billet rod
20lbs valve springs
Dyno Cams 95-4 cam (3500-6500 Rpm range)
.027 head gasket + Studs
ARC billet flywheel
Port work, eyebrows shaved

I just ordered a new carb and fuel pump because every bump the motor cuts out even with a new diaphragm. And it does not rev out like it should. Anyway ill cover that.

I was thinking same when i built my kart. But i wanted to weld and i assume those are all aluminum, maybe not? Oh and illegal. but i guess we pay the taxes that pay for the signs. It's a circle of life type thing right.

hahaha, yes i approve of the areas i ride. They are nice quiet streets. I can only go in circles in my back yard for a couple minutes before i need to brake out into the neighborhood!!! cant even hit full speed in the back yard

I think I put the sign to much better use than the road department did.

I got this thingy today for $16 shipped so Ill let yall know. Looks like it can go fast. Time to fabricobble a manifold and filter adapter.


I also got a knockoff mikuni single out fuel pump for $12. So this should be interesting.

Its a chinese replacement for a Tillotson hl-324

I posted about this before, and no one has tried one on a 4 cycle motor so I am the guinea pig. It has a 1in bore and adjustable low and high speed jets so whats the worst that can happen.

With a 1" bore I can't imagine it not working. I guess I'm screwed on getting one for my clone as I run it on methanol, although I'm sure a lot of guys can benefit from your trying this as the jets are adjustable, and jetting seems to be the most common problem I see on here.

First run, seems like huge success. Really woke this thing up. Once I get a cable and filter on it ill get a ride report.
