i think i could at one time eat 72oz of meat. I once had a 36oz T Bone in Arizona. I would need to starve a day or two i think to be able to complete 72oz of meat in one sitting.

wow this girl did 3 of them!!! in less then 20 minutes

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-vvEmFcUh9k

guess she eats free everyday :)

C'mon. That's 13 and a half pounds of meat, plus all the sides!!!

Chancer, you did pick a good spot. The Hill Country is awesome and beautiful. If you are moving to Kerr County, then most likely you will be near or in Kerrville. We have visited Kerrville before, and liked it very much. I have a few pics of our visit, I'll see if I can find them. I live on the opposite side of San Antonio, southeast. Let me know if you got any questions.

Found the pics. One of the great places in Kerrville is a giant steel Cross structure. There are also beautiful bronze sculptures there, and it is free, and open all the time. It is really an amazing place. Can't really explain it, but there is something special about that place and you can feel God's presence.
Mini Stonehenge

Thanks. It seems like a great place. and I will check out that Sculpture park. Yes I was familiar With the Stonehenge. Actually looked online at a house within 1 mile of Stonehenge.

Oh and I have no interest in a 72 oz steak. Now 32oz... that sounds good.
Year long Summer is awsome! I love it when there are 80° days in February!

I'm a little bit sick of the whole 80-40-80-40-80-40 thing we've had going on here lately though. Gotta check the weather every morning to see whether I should be wearing my winter coat or a tank top.

Oh, here in Montana, we hit 80 degrees in February all the time... if your thermometer reads in Kelvin, of course. :D

Someday People will learn that certain places like Minnesoduh and N Dakoduh were just never meant for Human Habitation.
Till then Y'all enjoy the Ice.

  Why does everyone diss on the Midwest?!?!?!? While I can't speak for all the States in the region, I can uncategorically claim why I love my part of Michigan.

1) No hurricanes.

2) Very few tornadoes.

3)Almost zero earthquakes (I used to be able to claim zero until we had that 3 pointer out of southern Illinois a few years ago)

Sure, it can get cold as :censored: with snow to match. The thing of it is, I can always add another layer of clothing to stay warm. When it gets hot out??? Guess what. You can only take so many layer's off before it's against the law to leave the house (at least if you don't want to wind up on YouTube).

I made the move last month. Took a month to get ready. Had to sell a lot of stuff to make the move easier. Used penske truck for way less than any other company. I like South East Texas more than I thought I would. Better than Washington was. So far insurance rates and the property taxes are the only minus's I have for this state. Can't complain about the abundance of things to check out in this state alone. As soon as I get settled I plan on being on more. Need to finish my drift trike as I could ride it year round here.

Well we put in an offer on this house Yesterday and it was accepted so it is official, Chancer is moving to Texas.
The House is 3800 SqFt, 6 bedroom, 4 bath and sits on 2 acres.
For the low low price of $289K.
A house like that here in Ca would go for 1.2 Million.
Most importantly Checkout the Detached Garage. 2 car and another 12 ft of shop space on 1 side.

You should have tried Detroit. Could get 10 houses for that!!!

Nope not dead. Not yet. Just been preoccupied. Mostly with chasing tail. Haven't touched the minibike or buggy in a while. I'll finish up the buggy soon. I'm trying to sell the minibike, but the best offer I got was a jeep that I have no room for.
