Never thought about a K-Mart exchange. This is where we get rid if kids at. And pick up a new one.
As you can see in the image. there is a child drop off and pick up location. don't want one to see the other while you exchange them

I always thought that might work with pets and children.
Get tired of their crap, bring 'em in, pay a fee, and exchange for a new one.
Decide to keep one permanently, and pay a permanence charge.

Just don't bring one back in worse shape than when it left.
