I decided it was about time that i build something from scratch the right way. I bought a pipe bender and tube notcher from hf. I never used a pipe bender before so I mangled 10ft of tubing before i got to what you see. I am building it as i go, no plans . I need to pick up more pipe now so i can build the other half. This is a learning experience so its prob not going to be perfect.

That looks real good.
Especially considering all the Crap people like to talk about the HF Pipe bender!

I cant complain about the bender for $90. Drives now. Not too bad for a 2 day project and $30. Thanks. My phone sucks i promise the pics are the right way in my gallery

Seat is temporary but its pretty much done. Moves good the motor has new valves, piston, rings, ported , eyebrows shaved, gaskets ,ect. Anyway time to build a few more.

I forgot about this thread until now but glad to see positive "closure".

Well not quite yet. "Pretty much done" isn't the same as finished. Any updates?
Looks like it might be a fairly tall frame better suited for adults. What's the dimensions?

Yes, then frame is 28 in on top and 20 in on bottom, 18 in tall from the center of the bends. Forks are 38 IN not including bars. Here is a pic compared to my azusa bike. Also I linked a walk around vid. Building another at the moment.

It is tall because of the limitations of harbor freight quality tools haha. Comfortable to ride , not for kids . I will add a band brake, then it is done. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=9Jc6dlfd3bE

Great job. Just watch out for that sprocket on left turns.

Thanks, and yea it will rub with sharp lefts.
Next one is 2 in longer, and will have straight Forks , predator power, and bigger wheels.

I finally got the second off the production line. I think the bigger tires make it. And yes it is very yellow.

I dont know what motor to put in it. A tav2 is essential. I got,

h50 tecumseh
5hp briggs
A built 5hp , that would need re-painted
3hp briggs
A lame predator motor

Anyway I thought the fork tube was a good idea. I welded a piece 1in OD 3/4in ID tubing to the frame, Then got 5/8 x 3/4 flanged bronze bushings, ran a 5/8 bolt through that was too long, cut it short and ran a cotter pin to hold it in. That way the 5/8 diameter is the whole way , so the forks turn easy with no slop, and cotter pins dont rattle loose.

Anyway fun stuff.
