I've always considered the "Disney date" to be a gullibility test. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to get into the places you want to get into though ;)

I am not sure what you mean???
THIS thread is PROOF that...
I am by no means GULLIBLE.

OK maybe when It comes to women, I may be gullible.:surrender:

She is probably like 23 - the cheerleader type. She likes cartoons, sparkly things, jump -clapping, high kicks, tattoos, RuPaul's Drag Race, and not wearing pants. She HATES pants:thumbsup:

Minus Points because I think she knows how long it takes a car traveling 50 mph to travel 50 miles, but I can live with that.

She can't cook and only takes photos from certain angle cause she is self conscious about her nose.

If I only get one "Disney Date" I hope it is like Pinocchio with out the lies.

I am calling the internals clean!

Did I remove the rear wheel, so I could get the impact wrench on the TC?
Nope.
Did I remove the TC Driven unit?
Nope.
Did I remove the chain?
Nope.
May there be a leak in the side cover gasket?
Yep.
Am I going to remove the flywheel and check the key?
Nope.

Did I waste 3 qts of synthetic pouring oil through the crank case until no more flake came out?
Yep.

I want to see if it runs and how. Then I will adjust the TC, add the side cover studs, re-gasket the side cover, tune the carb, and be ready to rock and roll.

Off to take a drive (in my CAR) to clear my head and find some 100 octane!
I bought some octane booster, which NASCAR Ray says works, even though I have read internet claims that say otherwise, but want a gallon of some good stuff. Maybe I can blend to make my own octane rating.

1 gallon of 100 plus 1 gallon of 93 =

IDK two gallons of 96.5 octane??????

Where is the cheapest place to find gas cans? Like 2-2.5 gallon?

I buy gas cans at the yard sale, because I hate the new EPA spouts.

But, Walmart or you local big box hardware should have them at reasonable prices since you need one right now.

I know HF has them too, but was hoping like a Dollar Store might carry them.

I don't think you'll get that lucky, if you mean paying a literal dollar for one lol. Maybe Family Dollar, which has nothing for a dollar anyway lol.

I have never shopped for 100 octane either. I'm sure they have it near Chicagoland Speedway Joliet, but I've been told they have it closer. I wish frickin NASCAR RAY would answer his phone! I don't care if he has work. LOL

Funny you should mention it. I love gas buddy but haven't used it in a while. The gas station two doors down from where I work always has the cheapest gas in like 10 miles.

I have a 36 mile one way commute, so I use it often too. It looks like they only go up to premium though lol.

There's always AVGas, but idk how close to an airport you are.

$7.40 / gallon at Speedway for 100 octane 5 miles from me.

---------- Post added at 01:01 PM ---------- Previous post was at 01:00 PM ----------

The 5 gallon was 110 and not a gas station!

---------- Post added at 01:02 PM ---------- Previous post was at 01:01 PM ----------

I don't use too much gas and don't want to sit on it. I see no need for more than 1 or 2 gallons at a time. It is only 5 miles.

Kerosene is 3 bucks!

Used to work at Oxford Instruments by O'Hare. About 35 - 40 miles.
They let me start late and stay late to avoid traffic.

Got there about 9am took just over an hour.
Left about 7pm and it took over two hours to get home.

500 miles every week. 25,000 in the first year.

And it was a UK based company. So if I needed to talk with the HQ on a Friday, I was SOL.
Europe is like 1 giant vacation, I guess. Lots of half days, lots of vacation time,....

I just watch a doc where a couple said they work like 8 months out of the year.

I started my current job with four weeks of vacation, it's nice on one hand, on the other, I don't want to come back and find someone else doing my job lol.
