Hand Cleaning Agent

Well as the title says. I was wondering what your favourite hand cleaning agent is? I personally prefer the Original Go Joe with pumice. At my house I use some cheap Napa brand go joe rip off. I've also found that that Dawn Dishsoap works in couple with hot water.

I use Go Jo in the big orange bottle. I find the green stuff and school actually works better.

Gojo power gold. It dries out your hands, but it works darn good.

dish soap and saw dust.
dirt cheap, and works great.
the dish soap dissolves the grease, and the sawdust scrubs it off your skin.

its also a great expholiant if yer into that loll

I see you're living up to the title under your member name! LOL

I use Fast Orange with pumice. It's sold in a little tub and works really well.

I've also made tools with an old ball-peen, and a piece of rail-road track as an anvil.
wire coat hangers are amazing things!

you know.. i use coat hangers more for that kinda stuff... prob more than hanging up clothes lol
(but what college student hangs up there clothes anyway??)

i cant remember the last time i used any commercially available hand cleaner lol
(except this cheap stuff they have in the dispensers at the sinks in my school.. the sawdust and dish soap thing works better anyway)

but that orange stuff does smell great!! lol

Went to AutoZone today with a friend and I saw that in the cleaners and stuff section they had a gallon jug of Fast Orange with pumice that had a dispenser pump on it for $10. I would get one but then I'd be afraid that it would last way too long with the very little I use of it occasionally.

GoJo in the big orange bottle - Costco sells a three-pack for like $12. Fast Orange is good stuff, too.

Lava soap and a scrub brush - still gets my greasy paws clean!

And, believe it or not, those wet/dry sanding blocks over in the paint section of Home Depot, the spongy ones. Those work great for scrubbing. (Found that out while working for a paint store.)

Hunter: ain't nothing wrong with the railroad track anvil - my dad has one that I've been trying to steal for the past couple of years. Heavy, cheap, and strong as hell ..... it gets the job done.

Man your getting all fancy, i used to use a little dish soap and some baking powder, but sawdust? man...what tree do you find has the best dust for hand washing? i would think maple would work pretty well, and cedar would smell good

im not goin for fancy, I'm goin for free! lol
it doesn't really matter what kinda tree, just random sawdust from a table saw or w/e. it all scrubs the grease off the same way lol
but mostly pine i would assume, cause thats a pretty common kinda wood.

my motto is "If it's free, it's for me!" lol

yeah, i think brazing refers to using a brass rod?
I'm not an expert on the subject by any means lol

Basically high temp soldering, only way to repair cast iron with a a decent success rate.

Lava is a good hand cleaner. Its pretty abresive though...

fairy liquid and a scrubbing brush got fiberglass resin from my hands!
