No, in South Africa it would be worth about R4500 (Rand). That is about $281 if you use the 16:1 conversion rate at the moment . You were close

For something like that in that condition (cut frame, missing wheels) I'd offer 100 bucks too. It's amazing the optimistic pricing I see on Craigslist for what amounts to junk. I mean stuff worse than this.
