Tools!

Hi,
im going to make a go kart, currently i have or will have the following tools/ equipment:

-angle grinder
-welder
-socket set
-work bench
-G clamps
-most types of spanner (no 10-14 then no 17 and thats it)
-couple of monkey wrenches
-corded drill (850w)
-all the gremlins of elfen safety will be bought too

Is there anything else needed to build a kart from scratch other than the parts etc, bearing in mind i'm on a strict budget.

i dont really have a plan as of yet, but i have a fairly good idea in my head, im going to keep it as simple as possible, i think it might be a bit like kart fabs 2 man kart for one person if you see what i mean?

You do not need a tap and die to make a kart. It just makes certain things easier, but you certainly don't need one
