engine issues

Hi all,

i'm hoping someone can help me out with this engine,
I cant find any oil level marks ive checked online and everthing but no joy,
its a small tecumseh 4 stroke eng #h30-35425s ser 124ob,
I just need to no how much oil it needs im not even sure how big it is but maybe 2.5 - 3 hp?

Take out the oil plug, fill up the engine till the oil almost spills out of the hole?

i did that and it started playing up, & it has 2 oil plugs front and back whats up with that?

These are all actually industrial engines, for a pressure washer, paint sprayer, Rototiller etc. So sometimes Like the seat on a go kart. you cant get to the front cap so you check the rear, or vice versa.
