Well i got a honda gx 390 for the airboat bought a prop from arrowprop the hub for the prop fits a 1" shaft the honda has a tayperes shaft but a got a straight 1" shaft but i need to find out the torque specs. Anyone know?

I got a honda 8hp gx270 streat shaft junk engine. avoiding to buy a new crankshaft for my 390 engine you think the 270 crank will work for honda gx 390??

test ride went good gets up at about 25 mph tops with a 230 lbs guy.

(Of course....y'all could try to get there seeing who can drink the most Gatorade....but the ratings would probably be lower....

I like to watch Them ol' Louisiana boys on "Swamp People" on the History channel Kill Gators. Then switch over to Animal Planet and watch "Gator Boys" in Florida Rescue them!
I keeps my mind Balanced.

so i took it out again today with some adjustmints and it was awsome. i was geting 30+ mph in the shallow's. i plan on geting another prop with a lil more pich. it has a 14degree pich. im thinking 19 should be fine for this engine. also want to get some kind of neting for the cage...any ideas for that?
