What that thing needs is a fifty cal mounted on top for the passenger.
Then the bad end is for the bad guy on the other end!!!

jesus!!! just go for a full blown rocket launcher. you need more fire power!!!!!! than screw the cart and rocket launcher just get a apache helicopter apache helicopter. whats a apache helicopter you ask. well it is a Advanced Attack Helicopter that has a M230 Chain Gun with 1,200 rounds and AGM-114 Hellfire Missiles but the onlu thing it lacks in my book is a flamethrower.
