Does anyone know if this would fit the Harbor Freight 6.5 ?

Do you have a old briggs engine laying around, if you do take the cap out of your clone engine and see if it fits the briggs, 3/4 x 10 is standard on the briggs and some other engines also.

Ok I just pulled the cap from one of my old briggs and pulled the cap from a harbor freight I have and no that cap in your link won't fit . The briggs has the 3/4 x 10 cap and the harbor freight engine has a 11/16x10 cap in it. So don't buy that cap.

I agree it would definitely look better then the stock ones.
