Got off late tonight but that didnt stop me from trying to do alittle more work on the kart. Weld into place a couple new motor mounts. Now its time for a few beers and something to eat and off to bed. Later ladies and gentleman.

Half-breeder doesn't quite qualify for a 100% redneck tho........too much zen and soy sauce. .....maybe a rose-neck?????.....lol.......JK.......

I give him my vote for the 4th letter club tho......He so smart....#1 smart son....ah so..... (did I misspell that...lol??????)

...dont know how I missed this reply...

Ty for the nomination for the 4th letter club... but Im already the president of the '3rd finger clan'(asian's dont form 'clubs').

... 'rose-neck'?!?!?... really? Im an 'Islander' actually. I lived about 2 blocks from where they shot the 'Karate kid' movie back in the 80's.

... we prefer teriaki over soy sauce.

... and I got your "Ahhh soooo" ('3rd finger clan' salute):lolgoku:

:backtotopic:

Im lovin the twin motors!

The tires are AWESOME... evidently you didnt shop in the garden section as I did...:lolgoku:

Just alil heads up... (IMO) your gonna have a slight issue w/ turns, I did when I changed to a live axle and drove on street. I see no camber/caster, which'll shift weight off the rear, to the front, in a turn.

The forward facing steering is a bit of a challenge to get proper Ackermann. May be some things to look into... nice progress!

FUNNY!!! Almost fell off my bar stool......

To the OP..... Should you find it difficult to turn, justvpoint the front tires where you want to go, and blip the throttle of that 20+hp road rocket you got there.......

Not much happening here. Just work. trying to stay cool, and drinking some cold beverages. As you can see I installed two of the drive sprocket on the 1" rear axle as well as a spacer between the sprocket and axle hub.

I would have never known you got your wheel combo from the garden section unless you shopping at the bad "a" store of garden wheel store. I still like your wheel combo as well!

Heey Half-bred, you right not much camber but heck of a caster. Actually I cheated when I weld the new spring perches on and welded the new ones directly over the old ones. Shhhh, please dont telll anyone I know, I know. But I do have caster at least and looks to have some camber when ever I cut the wheel in either direction. If not I have springs on my front perches and maybe the cart wheel just act like a big skate board on truck. You know lean one way to turn in that direction.

Hey someone turn up that music and lets have another beer!

Thanks! Still have some work ahead of me including wiring the kill switch below the steering wheel, and running a !CABLE! the brake pedal to rear caliper.
