Frame suggestion

I need find the best way to get a frame for my go kart. Should I buy one, if so used or new, or should I make one from scratch (I do not know/do not have tools to weld) and if I make one what materials should I use? Thanks guys!

The easiest way is to get a rolling chassis of craigslist and build it up from there
