Good eye here Jim, it's my buddies jr. Dragster he got for his daughter. And I am going back next week to do some more welding when the engine shows up. So I will snag a pic while I'm there.

Got the engine assembled, will finish the welding tomorrow on the frame hopefully. If I don't make the deadline it's cause I decided to put a Tav2 converter on it. And that's a lot more than my clutch was gonna be !

Got the header and it's definitely got something wrong ! Haha like a serious fire hazard.

Well i wont EVER be using BMI again. Everything i have gotten lately i have had to fix ! And the exhaust being the latest FIRE HAZARD........................

Having it pointing at the air filter will do that for you....

If your referring to the header is supposed to face down then yes it is. The cylinder head is normal.

Yeah it's either buy a clutch and not like it or do it right and wait on some more checks. That and I'm moving from okc to Norman right now so I haven't had the time to go actually work on it like I should be. It will be finished but not til after the due date sometime.

I understand withdrawing from the competition, but look forward to seeing the build finish, one day...

Man, after looking back, your tires are not that tall.... Just run a cent clutch for now. You'll be ok..... It will give you a chance to master doing wheelies before you get the TC.......
