Axle shafts with built in keyway, and a disc brake?

Does anyone have any suggestions of where to buy 3/4" and 1" shafts with keyways? The shaft does not need to be hardened.
Also I will need one disc brake setup that is cheap to buy and it is for my 4 wheel drive pedal cart.

Princess auto sell them in canada, but I'm sure there must be other places that sell them too. Oh, and princess auto also sells a disc brake setup, but I think it's for a 1" shaft.

I made a trip into Winnipeg a couple week ago and picked up some parts. 5 feet of 1" keyed shaft was about $80. They also had 1'' disc brake assembly, caliper and disc for about $70.

I bought a 16" long by 1" wide, with 1/4" keyway shaft on Ebay. Then I bought a go-cart disc brake for 1" shaft also on Ebay. I just have too much going on to work on my 4wd pedal cart right now.
