I'll try the carb, it was funny, last night 10pm my son (3) comes out to help me. I was adjusting the chain and went to pull the jackshaft, it wouldn't budge! My son had grabbed the right wrench and tightened the bolt!! ITS AWESOME!! Oh, tested it today in my lunch break. All worked well. CAn't wait to see my daughters expressions!

Thats awsome!! My daughter did the same thing to my 89 Cherokee with a rock, she thought she was washing it! Test drive went well, right upto the point that the clutch engaged sooner than she thought and whipped it around. Thankfully I had not disabled the oil switch, which killed the engine. She was a little shook up, but still rode it a little more before it got too dark. Reallly glad this kart has working seat belt.!
