Temperature gauge stickers?

anyone ever tried something like these on there motors, or is the range to high?

on an electric motor, that sounds like a good idea, but that seems to be an expensive sticker,
given that something similar (for a different temp-range) can be had for about $3...
Anyways, the temp range looks to be okay, you shouldn't run your motor over that temperature, given that it only draws 8Amps once moving

I have used stickers like these on engines and components to monitor maximum temps from different companies and they work great until they get fluids on them and then they give false readings and the temps show the maximum readings.Just try to keep them dry and they do work.
