I've just started a project that needs one new/used front hub & two- 3 lug rims. The hub seems to have two bearings, one smaller, one larger.
Anyone know where these came from or where to get them?

I may get corrected on this but, Instead of trying to match everything to the one hub you have, it may be less of a headache to get two new hubs & wheels to match.

Your front hubs (and whole front suspension) looks like it was from a 2-WD quad.

You could start by accurately measuring what 3-bolt pattern you have, (measure it in millimeters) and then compare your measurements against the specifications you'll find
at this link:--> http://www.mud-throwers.com/atv_wheel_chart

Then after you learn what brand/model rims match your measurements, you'll have an Idea of what brand/model of quad rims you need, and what front hubs that might fit your kart spindles. Then if you found that hub for sale somewhere, you could accurately measure your spindle diamiter/length with a caliper (again in metric) to confirm that new hubs mounting dimensions/bearings will correctly fit your spindles diamiter and length.

Then, you'd probably need to contact the hubs seller, and ask them to measure their hubs dimensions, so you could compare that to your spindles making 100% sure everything will fit...

My hubs are 3 stud. They came from a suzuki LT50 quad.
Why do you need a new hub?
If you bought a hub like this you may be able to put two different size bearings in. I can get you all dimensions of these hubs if required.

More info about the rim size would be useful.

That seems like it would be a lot easier. I don't know if I can get a four bolt hub that fits my spindle or not? That would make it a lot easier to find wheels for definately.
If not & I can't find what I need I could possibley change the spindle but I'm not sure how I would go about that yet. I do have a mig.
I'm attaching a pic of the spindle. I'm not familiar with ones like this, only the straight smaller kart types. Anyone seen four bolt hubs that fit this style before?

Could you supply the diameter of the shaft, along with lengths between step downs?
You could always install new bearings in the quad hub providing the length was correct, and since quads are common, the hubs are quite inexpensive. This would be cheaper than buying two 4 bolt rim halves and a 4 bolt hub.

Still working on the diameter but the hub length is 3.5" & there is 2 mm between bearings. It looks ad though the bearings are two diff. sizes.
