is there any fire fox freaks out there?i have just downloaded and it seems to work fast than ie and chrome,but is there any hiddin problems with it?should i recamend it other people ?

I've been using firefox for years & I recommend it to everyone. There's heaps of add ons too.

It was originally built to run with linux (open source operating system) & adapted to run with windows so there's pretty much no bugs at all.

From a web developer's standpoint, there's no replacement for Google Chrome. The 'Inspect Element' tool is absolutely indispensable. It opens a window at the bottom of the browser and highlights the result of what ever code you mouseover. The streamlined toolbar is great too.

i just got done with using goggle chrome,it was ok,but not up to my standards.yes the feature you talked about was great.but what about the Incognito browsing?it does not clear the chache,witch defeats the purpose of ''incognito" however,i did find a loop hole in my schools "lanschool" internet block,because it only blocks programs using and supported by ie,so goggle chrome(which does not use ie) seems to get past there block,witch is awesome when your getting board in a class solely based on computer work.but ff is still better(in my opinion).

I tryed fire fox for a while but gave up on it as it was too slow

Explorer was killing it at running two tabs

Chrome is the way to go though Iv stuck with that for now

Although my phone runs on safari (right now) and it's bloody quick
But I imagine that's just the phone

it all depends on the computer,me...i have a hp pavillion,old a dirt,but with a little cleanup and ram replacement it run "better".some browsers work better,it just so happens that my new fav. browser works best for my computer.

i found fire fox too annoying with there updates. who give a crap if you update stuff i never use? i never get any pop ups from google asking if i would like to update anything and it seems to still work great after having it installed for over a year.

i have found the cure to those pop up updates!it took me awile but ive figured it out.Its just a simple as click "no"!who knew clicking that would make them go away?sure they will pop up again but when that happens...Click no!!

Your school actually allows you to run other programs? We've got a system-wide network that's as secure as the Pentagon's You get suspended if you find access to the command prompt.

Most of those updates are either patches, which help it work better and more efficiently, or compatibility updates, which are released when the W3C revamps code recommendations.

lol,my teacher did the same thing to me like everday! I would log on to halo play half a round,then she would get pissed,write me up a send me to the dean.i had to end it,i couldnt spend another semester with this so i got myself expelled!great solution!

i don't care for updates unless i need them or the computer does it without asking or telling me like the virus software. i can't remember Google ever asking me anything. plus with chrome you can sign in and take your bookmarks with you.
