For the least expensive route, I'v seen them made out of PVC pipe! Should be fairly straight foward.....flat pcs. of plastic(for mount plate) just trace out from tilly for shape, round PVC pipe(1 1/2" or so) contact cement together. I will see if I can find the pic.

if you can please post it if not i will have to use exhaust pipe and some flat aliminium plate or something like that

I would not use contact cement, gasoline will eat it up.

u could use a pvc pipe end as a mount plate then just slip it over the pipe and use silicone, super glue, contact cement or what ever u want to seal it
