India has the know how to make some first class stuff; you also ask fair value for it. Problem is, the people who work for the big box importers here in the States don't know anything about quality; all they know and care about is price (as well as most of their customers). So we don't get the good stuff from your country; we (usually) only get things from companies that fought it out with China on price and won. That's where the root of the joke came from. I don't agree with it; problem is, I don't know how to change it. Pat H.
