Carb Help Please

Well I just took my carb off and I've never done that so it was quite a disaster. I got the actual carb off easy but I didn't think that the line to the full gas tank would pour gas...lol. Anyways I took it off and it started spurtin gas like a maniac. I freaked out and pinched it with pliers and long story short I lost like half a tank of gas lol and the other half went into my milk jug. Well Ive been cleaning the carb and studying it for fun and I got stuck. I can't get the tube or jet out. I'm pretty sure you have to screw them out but they just wont come loose. Can anyone tell me what to do?

You should be able to just unscrew the jet with a flathead screwdriver.

It isn't gripping for some reason. It looks like the right size and fits down the tunnel thing perfectly.

i had to use a drill with a small and long end of a flathead screwdriver to get it out

okay I got it I just had to use a smaller flathead. Call me dumb.

The tube fell right out so what way does it go back in?

Sorry, I came late to this thread; were in the carb did this tube come out of. You've got a 50/50 shot of having it right the first time. Can you post a couple of pictures?

Okay. Kidding aside. Really, it should only fit one way. If it's a Honda or clone, put it in narrow end up.
