Nope it does not. I do live on a very sweet 1/5 mile oval and I am sure the neighbors LOVE IT when I go for a spin. I have driven around my dads yard with no problem though.

That's a pretty badass kart. The tires in the second picture look wierd though. Like plastic.

Thanks, tires are Bridgestone racing kart tires that I bought used from a former indy 500 driver.

wheelies?? that would be sick

There is a picture on my website of how I originally built the kart, with the rear wheels under the seat. The idea being it would wheelie if I leaned back. However, it did not corner well at all have no weight on the front tires and a solid rear axle. So I lengthened the frame a bit. Turns much better now.
