Hello All,
I just picked up a Yerf Dog 3203 a couple days ago. I'm excited about it, but I knew when buying it that it would need a little work. The problem is I have limited knowledge, OK skills and very limited time. Summers are bad since I'm busy at work, but I hope to find a little time to work on the kart and bring it up to where it should be.
The Good: Brand new Predator 212 engine, the frame is in good shape with very little rust so I think the kart has been stored indoors.
The Bad: 1- A new throttle cable was installed to a hand lever mounted on the floor. It isn't hard to reach, but it leaves you with only 1 hand to drive and that is not good! 2- The left front spindle is missing a bushing/spacer and the washers the PO installed are not enough to keep the tire from occasionally rubbing the tie rod. 3- Clutch engagement is rough. I think this is due to a loose or improperly installed jackshaft/bearings. I was able to move the jackshaft back and forth some when I got the kart home. I tightened it up some, but don't know how tight to make it.

I have already read quite a few posts, but will certainly be reaching out to everyone to help me sort my kart out.
Thanks in advance and I'm glad I found this site as a great resource!
Check out the Album in my profile for pics of my kart.
