Hi just bought this go-kart and would like some advice on what clutch i can put on it? Where to get one from, and how easy is it to fit as its a direct drive?
Thanks Darren

well if you post some info on the model of the engine or just the size of the shaft and whether it has a keyway we could help you find something

I could be wrong but as far as I know Yamaha never made a KT125 go kart engine. (although guys used to sometimes bore out KT100's to 125cc's) There were a couple different KT100 clutch shaft variations used over the years that require the correct matching clutch and motor mount 3rd bearing support. You might take a look through this search link: http://www.google.com/search?source...lz=1T4DMUS_enUS221US222&q=Yamaha+KT100+clutch for more info on this. Once you know which model pto shaft you have, you'll find there's several different brands of clutches available.

Do you already have a race kart type starter? (you'll no longer be able to push start it and will need one after instaling a clutch...)
