Hello, As most aging men I'm looking for the lost relics of the past.

Attached is a picture of my go kart as a child. It was the early 90's and I have narrowed it down to a Carter Bros go kart. It was odd in that it was before the roll cage craze and it also had a pivoting front where the front wheels where not locked to the frame but could follow the ground a bit rotating on a center pivot. The cart had a torque converter with a belt that had the angle on both sides and of course the chain gear reduction as well. The cart also had a grey painted 5hp Briggs. It had pedals that were just bent steel rod and the brake was a single band on a drum.

I would love to find one to buy. Either nice, wrong color, or for restoration. I'd even be ok with one with a solid front end that I could modify.

Thanks and appreciate the help in identifying and locating a kart!

Casey
