Few questions for people that have deciphered the cryptically labeled wiring harness.
Inverted Gear (reverse) - 3 wire plug. I have a pre installed and wired switch on my kart for reverse, although the switch is only 2 wire. Is there any way I can use my existing 2 wire switch and wiring to get reverse to engage? The switch and wiring is integrated into the steering wheel and i would rather hack up the connectors on the controller side.
Stalls - 3 wire plug. This should be a speed control, right? Kart is for a 6 year old, so I would like to the option to speed limit when first starting out. Ideally a hole mount switch would be used here. Recommendations?
Hour Meter - Some type of speedometer? RPM meter? Not essential, but if there is a $10 LED screen i can hook up, why not.
Indicator - I imagine this is just a power LED, can one also hook up some headlights or RGB strip light to this one? Voltmeter is packed away right now so not sure what it outputs.
Brake (braking light) - voltage output? I can wait till i dig out my meter, but i wanna order ebay crap now! ha!
Battery indicator? Right now ive got a 48v 20000mah lipo, but no remaining battery indicator. Should I just use a volt meter and note when the battery cuts out? Or are these any good? The led meter would be better for kids to remember when its time to drive back.
