I've never seen that show, I know its on some sort of cable Channel, but that's it. I really don't watch much tv, either im playing with my toys, playing with the girlfriend, or working.

Shoes are a must and so is underwear while riding, don't wanna have to stop with your feet, and if you almost wreck while using your feet, you'll be glad you had underwear on.

Whip lash will happen pretty much regardless...get a neck brace.

But a helmet will help if you whack your head on the cage behind the seat because of said whiplash.

My first reaction is a quick yes but i cant say im the best about it. I guess if your on a 3hp minibike it may not be so important. All depends on the situation. If you ride something fast definately get one. I believe it's best to wear it any time your on a go kart, ATV, etc. The car is a bit over the top but I guess you can never be too safe. Lmao. I used to be very lazy about it. I didn't own one until I got my buggy. First time my head bounced around the cage like a pinball I went immediately and bought one. I was very lucky. Especially when younger. Could've easily killed myself lots of times. I miss being 15 and not thinking about stuff. You become a party popper for yourself later.

If you buy yourself a helmet and post a pic. I've got a Simpson neck brace I'll give you to go with it. I maybe wore it 5 minutes. The neck hole is too small for me. Was choking me out. One size doesn't fit all. Lol one size fits most. I'll even cover shipping. All I ask is it gets used and not sold.

If you're ever in the shower and you use conditioner, that crap can get slippery at times, its good to have a helmet on also just in case you slip. Gotta protect the noggin at all times
