where to get throttle controls

Im looking for a place that sells throttle controls for my mini bike,
i live in the Toronto (Ontario, Canada) area, anyone know a place nearby that sells mini bike parts?

i cant seem to find them anywhere, northerntools sells them, but with S+H its like 40 bucks.
