When I go fast like 20-30 mph my minibike jerks hard

Why does my Coleman ct200uex mini bike jerk when I go 20 to 30 mph I somehow can't figure out the problem I tried cleaning the air filter but that didn't work I replace the engine oil with 10w 30 and that kind of fixed it but not really so I can't figure out the problem can you guys help me??

Are you sure it's an engine issue?

Maybe clutch or chain related.

Have ya ran it with the rear wheel off the ground
...so, you could see if everything worked properly?

what do you mean by jerks hard???? there can be a lot of things that can cause a "jerk" but the way it jerks things can help us pinpoint the cause

When I'm going it feels like if i pulled the brakes a little then let go while driving and like if it slowed down just a little then speeds up again

If the jerking is not associated with some audible clunking sounds, then the chain skipping is all but eliminated, leaving the clutch slipping as a possible source. Does it ever happen when you're holding the throttle wide open? If so, then it sounds like the engine's getting starved for fuel at wide open throttle. Tank not high enough for gravity feed, fuel filter restricted some, gas cap vent plugged, etc.
