I built a wheelchair some time ago, fun stuff, I typically used it to pull a 500lb+ roller, and pull mad wheelies. And I bought a winch on sale from the usual suspects, been sitting in my room for 6+ months. 1 day project to add the lift boom. All the steel I had around.

Stupid heavy C channel frame, john deere garden tractor hydro axle,
(now with reverse!) , International Harvester Cub cast iron front axle,
Rack and pinion unit from a commercial steering wheel zero turn, and a kohler 173cc engine. Thinking adding a mini 40a 1 wire alternator or mounting my charge cart on the back as ballast.

I have about 200lbs of extra cast iron weights to put on the back, plus wheel weights. Should pick some heavy stuff up and move her. Whatcha think

So I added some cast iron "fenders" , plus two more ontop the prior weights. 4 extra 40lbs weights + soon 2x 35lb wheel weights = 230 extra pounds, just need to pick up some more 3/8 long bolts.
