Im leaving to visit my father from 21 to the 2nd and im kinda scared to meet him.I have not seen him in over a year and a half .He acts so much different compared to when he was with my mom :/ .

Don't be scared..

he's your dad, and although people change over time, the main core of a personality will never change,
not without drugs or mental illness or something..
I don't know how close you two have been before, but that's exactly what you can expect in just a few moments maybe days.

Most important thing: if anything awkward occurs, talk about it... (talk, not just complain!)
Be decent and honest, and I'm sure it'll turn out okay.

lol thats so so funny because i just heard that song on pandora last night and it took me back to the days my dad used to rock a 1984 honda civic hatch back he called misty may he used to blast sweet home Alabama and fat bottomed girls as well as front porch looking in and many others

I've been where you father is & I can tell you, he's probably as nervous as you are... I had a stage where I lost contact with my kids for over a year, I had to get to know them all over again...

As for being

before the contact was broken, my ex & I didn't get along (that's putting it politely) & we, inadvertantly, took it out on the kids... it's a bit like doing a job you love for a boss you hate, it's hard to perform well when you simply don't want to be there...

Yeah i know my parents used us as weapons of mass distruction on each other in turn hurting use and ultimately breaking the family apart my brothers on the road to being a lonely evil person that will end up in jail my sisters going to be the girl who gets what ever she wants because my mom cant stop her when shes gone most of the time the other day it hurt me to find out my sister has a boyfriend at the age of 12 she hid the fact that she did to she said she was scared because my father used to tell her that he would stand at the door with a loaded shotgun and ask the boy a bunch of questions my comment was that id be right behind him with the bat lol i love my sister but im really hurt that shes hiding things.As for another note my father seems to be excited to get into engines with me i used to hate engines hated them he always told me one day son you will be on the side of the road and call me for help and i wont give it to you you have to learn that your self well now my father is into Gy6 mopeds and old classic trucks meaning really old back to the 40s and 50s
this is from the 70s but this is a truck he has wanted to work on

Btw your dad will probably be uncomfortable too. My ex kept me from contact with my kids 8yo and 4yo for a couple years and i think i was more scared than them to get together again. In the end all ws good and went well.
