Throttle cable linkage connection

I am working on a Yerf-Dog 3302 that was given to my kids as a project, I am down to my last few repairs and I can't seem to figure out how to make the connection between the throttle cable and the throttle pedal linkage I was wondering if someone can post or send me pictures on how the cable is connected to the linkage and how the cable is secured to the cart so only the inside of the cable is pulled when you step on the gas pedal and not the whole cable

Typically the throttle is setup like this(brake can be the same idea)...

You'll need something like this and a clevis to the pedal...

Typically the throttle is setup like this...

It can also be done using the existing bracket on the throttle plate & across to the stock mount...
