Thanx to everyone here all the info here is and has been a real gold mine of knowledge. That being said.
Hi my names jayson i am 34 and i am frome maine.. i bought a kart to ride with my son 2yrs old and now i am hooked.
This site has helped in my build more than i could ever exspress in words. Thanx to u all. I have found some fixes on my own but knew where to start on most of them because of u kartcanics..
I hope now i can share some stuff i have learned as you all did.

Swimming noodles make excellent foam. Got some now in wrks with color duct tape to give a covered look even add some decals then cover them with some clear packing tape for protecton and or stickyness if ur as cheap as me and used a printer to make ur decals lol. Just make sure duct tape is clean 1st had a smudge of grease on one between tapes drove me nuts...hehe

Ummmm. ....no....we don't condone the use of them here. ....better than nothing. ....but just barely. ...get a section of honest to goodness roll bar padding and compare......

Like the difference between a bed made of memory foam.....and one made of Styrofoam. .......
