I recently picked up this old kart 1995 5HP. Yesterday I found what appears to be the low speed idle screw on the garage floor, how lucky can you get!!!!! It's not a needle valve with a point, but might be what is now called a low speed injector screw. Does anyone have information on the carb and screw. How is it adjusted? What holds it in, O-ring, spring??? Should there be a anti-tamper cap over it? A parts breakdown would be nice. I believe its an emmision carb.
My thinking is that the screw should be turned all the way in because the screw has a cross hole in it that is ported to a orifice on the end of the screw.
