ok so the fan draws air across the cylinder, then shoves it into the intercooler/breather assembly. very little cfm at low rpm. the cvt tranny's fan also blows into same assembly. though only 80cc's, pretty powerful. reed valved and forced air. i wanna force more air. redesigning some of the cooling system seems a must, as well as ram airing the fresh air intake. has a uni* on it already. bought for $40, put 160 in used parts and she purrs like a kitten. in gently used condition. need to check revs, possible carb swaps, and maybe disconnect some lines and cap them. fan needs bigger blades or tighter tolerances (very open area). in the pic, the hole on the left side of motor (as you sit on vehicle) is fresh air. the ovate on far (right) side is to the breather assembly. note the hose running from the belt case to blower housing. at the front of the belt house is another hose to the b/a. one of the belt/c's hoses needs to be free air, instead of recirc. and it wouldn't hurt the line entry to be inline with flow, rather than disturbing it.
